To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Return request is made within 60 days of the delivery date
Product is in its original condition (normal use wear is acceptable)
All original tags and packaging materials are included when possible
Product was purchased directly from ergola.co or an authorized retailer
Note: Items purchased during clearance or final-sale promotions are not eligible for return. Gift cards and downloadable products cannot be returned.

Our 60-day money-back guarantee is offered on top of, and does not affect, your statutory rights. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
