Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days within the United States and the European Union once your order has shipped. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary by destination.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed late in the day are processed on the following business day.

During peak seasons and promotional events, processing times may extend by an additional 1-2 business days. We will notify you by email if any significant delays are expected.

We ship to addresses across the United States and the European Union. Your price and shipping are shown at checkout in your local currency.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order total and currency. Any import duties or taxes that may apply are determined by your local customs authority.

Order Tracking

Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after you receive the shipping confirmation email. If your tracking number does not work after 48 hours, please contact our support team.

Shipping Damage & Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement at no additional cost.
