Your screen, floated up to eye level

A steel gas-spring counterbalance lifts your 24–32" monitor off the desk and holds it exactly where you set it. Raise, lower, tilt or swivel with one hand — no knobs, no re-tightening — and get the space under your screen back.

A screen that follows how you sit

Posture changes through the day — the arm keeps up. Pull the screen closer for detail work, push it back for a call, drop it low to share the desk. Because it holds any position on its own, adjusting stops being a chore and becomes a habit.

My desk feels twice as big now

I mounted a 27" monitor for my WFH setup and the difference is bigger than I expected. The gas spring holds it exactly where I leave it, no drift, and I can nudge it up when I stand or pull it closer for spreadsheet afternoons. Getting the stand's footprint off the desk gave me room for a notebook and my keyboard tray at last. The C-clamp went on in maybe fifteen minutes. White finish looks clean against a light desk too.

Sturdier than the price suggests

I hesitated between this and arms costing twice as much. Honestly glad I didn't overspend. My 27" ultrasharp floats wherever I put it, and the desk clamp feels seriously overbuilt. I type fairly hard and the screen doesn't shake, which was my main worry with a standalone arm. Small tangent: the cable channel even fit my chunky USB-C cable, barely. Less shoulder ache after long days, and my desk finally looks intentional.

One-handed adjustment actually works

I was sceptical about the "move it with one hand" claim because my old arm needed an allen key ceremony every time. This one genuinely floats. I share the desk with my partner, who is a good bit shorter, so the screen goes up and down several times a day without fuss. Cable routing along the arm keeps the power and HDMI leads tucked away. For the price I really can't fault it.

Physio recommended it after my ankle sprain

My physiotherapist suggested balance work as part of recovering from a bad ankle sprain last winter, and this board has become part of my daily routine while I watch the morning news. Ten minutes side to side and my ankle stability has improved noticeably compared to the exercise band alone. The surface has enough grip that I don't slide off in socks, though I've learned to keep it away from the rug edge or it tips oddly. Solid build for the price, no creaking after two months of near-daily use.

Finally at eye level

I used to stack my monitor on books, which looked as bad as it sounds. This arm put my 32" screen at proper eye level and my neck is noticeably less stiff after long editing sessions. Swivel is smooth, tilt holds firm, and the VESA plate lined up with my screen's 100x100 holes without drama. The grommet option was handy since my desk already had a cable hole. Very happy with it.

Solid arm, tension needed some patience

The build quality is good, aluminium feels sturdy and nothing wobbles once installed. I must say the counterbalance adjustment took me two evenings to get right for my rather light 24" display — at first the arm wanted to rise on its own. After tuning the spring it now holds every position perfectly. Instructions could be clearer on this point. Otherwise a very correct product, and the portrait rotation is useful for reading long documents.

Coaching kids' footy from the sideline desk job now

I retired from playing and now coach under-12s football two evenings a week, running the club's admin from a desk the rest of the time. This board keeps my ankles from stiffening up after old injuries during long stretches of spreadsheet work. I rock on it while reviewing training plans and genuinely notice less tightness by session time compared to sitting still all day. Grippy surface even with slightly damp boots left by the door. Would like a thicker edge cushion but that's a small complaint.

Standing desk breaks that actually wake me up

I stand most of the day at a converted kitchen counter and started using this board during calls where I don't need to type, just listen. It's genuinely improved my focus in the afternoons when I'd normally be flagging. My eight-year-old has also claimed it for the living room, so it's had more use than I originally planned for a desk accessory. The wood core feels sturdy underfoot, not the flimsy plastic dome I was half expecting at this price. Only wish it came in a slightly larger size for two feet.

Great for a gaming and work setup

Running a 27" 165Hz panel on this for about half a year. During the day it sits high for work, in the evening I pull it closer and tilt it down for games. The gas spring has not loosened at all so far. Installation was straightforward with the clamp, and the routing clips kept my DisplayPort cable from dangling behind the desk. Quietly one of the best upgrades I have made to this room.

Works fine, but check your desk depth

The arm itself does what it promises — smooth movement, holds position, decent cable channel. My issue is more about expectations: on my fairly deep desk the reach is enough, but I sit close to the wall and had to angle the arm sideways to push the screen back as far as I wanted. Also the clamp needed repositioning once because of a lip under my desktop. It is fine now, just measure before ordering.
