Reading scans at 2am without the back pain
I work partly from home reading imaging studies overnight and used to shift positions constantly trying to get comfortable. This chair's recline locks at the angle I actually use for reading monitors, not just upright. The headrest supports my neck when I lean back between cases. Good chair for long CAD sessions, one squeak
I'm an architect and spend entire days switching between my drafting monitor and a standing desk, then dropping into this chair for detailed CAD work.
