Adding this cushion fixed the flat-spot feeling I'd get by the third hour. Only gripe is the velvet cover shows dust more than my dark chair fabric did, so I vacuum it more than I expected to.

Great support, the velvet is a lint magnet
Using this on a hard kitchen chair where I study most days, and it's made long sessions much more comfortable. Even pressure, no single sore spot, exactly as described. My one gripe is the short-pile cover collects cat hair and lint like it's paid to, so I'm brushing it off every few days. Luckily the cover comes off and machine washes easily, which redeems it. If you don't have a shedding pet, ignore that entirely and just buy it.

Two years of long-haul and finally the right cushion
I drive long-haul across several countries and I'm often in the cab ten or eleven hours before a proper break. I've tried four or five different seat cushions over the years and most went flat within a month of daily driving. My lower back used to seize up getting out of the cab after a long stretch and that has eased off noticeably. It slides a touch on the leather seat cover, so I'd suggest something grippier underneath if your cab has similar upholstery.
