Fill the gap your chair leaves behind
Most seatbacks stop supporting you exactly where your lower back needs it, so your spine slumps a little more every hour. This contoured memory-foam pillow fills that gap and holds your posture upright without you thinking about it.

Shaped to your spine's natural curve
The core is contoured to match the arch of your lumbar region, so the pillow meets your back where the seatback doesn't. Your posture stays upright through the afternoon instead of collapsing into a C-curve.

Support that moulds instead of pushing
Slow-recovery memory foam compresses under pressure and shapes itself to your back rather than pressing against it. You get firm, even support without the dig of a hard seatback.

Mesh panels that keep air moving
Breathable mesh side panels let air circulate behind you, so the surface stays fresh through a full working day. At about 0.65 kg, it moves between desk, car, and sofa without a second thought.

One pillow for every hard seatback
The adjustable elastic strap anchors it to your office chair, then moves just as easily to a car seat for long drives. Wherever you end up sitting, your lower back gets the same quiet support.

Materials chosen for daily leaning
Every part of this pillow is picked for hours of contact a day — a core that keeps its shape, a cover that breathes, and a strap that holds it exactly where you set it.
Slow-recovery core
Memory foam that compresses under you and returns to its contoured shape between sittings.
Breathable mesh cover
Open-weave side panels keep air moving so the surface stays fresh all day.
Adjustable strap
An elastic mounting strap fits most office chairs, car seats, and high-back seating.

This pillow isn't right for everyone
We'd rather you buy the right thing than the most expensive thing. A few cases where this might not be your best match:
If your chair already has strong built-in lumbar
Some ergonomic chairs already push firmly into your lower back. If yours does, adding this pillow may be more support than you need.
Very deep recliners may fit differently
On a deep or heavily reclined seat the pillow sits at a different angle, so the contact point can shift away from your lumbar curve.
It supports the lower back, not the neck
This is a lumbar pillow. If you're mainly looking to support your neck or head, a neck pillow is the right pick instead.
Still not sure? With 60-day money-back guarantee — we pay return shipping, there's no risk in trying it at your own desk — if it doesn't fit your setup, send it back.

Physical therapist actually recommended something like this
I had a microdiscectomy in the spring and my physical therapist told me to avoid unsupported sitting for a while, recommended a lumbar cushion for my recliner and my desk chair both. I bought two of these based on that advice and honestly they've made recovery much more comfortable. The foam gives just enough without collapsing, and I can tell when I've been sitting without it because the ache comes back within an hour. Only issue is the cover doesn't come off easily for washing, I've had to spot clean it instead. Otherwise exactly what was recommended.
Survived a Dublin to Singapore flight
I flew to Singapore for work last month, thirteen hours each way, and my back is usually wrecked by the time we land. Packed this in my carry on and used it against the economy seat back for both legs. Made an enormous difference, I actually slept for a stretch on the way back which never happens. It compresses down reasonably small in the bag though it doesn't fully flatten, takes up more room than I'd like. Still using it at my home desk now too since the flight proved how well it works.
Makes the cab bearable on long hauls
I drive interstate freight, Melbourne to Brisbane most weeks, and my Isuzu's seat has zero lower back shape to it. Strapped this onto the seat back before my last run and noticed the difference somewhere around hour four, when I usually start shifting around trying to find a position that doesn't hurt. The foam holds up fine through the vibration of the truck, hasn't gone flat. Only gripe is the strap is a touch short for the bulkier seat, took some fiddling to get it snug. Otherwise this stays in the cab permanently now.
Firmer than I expected, in a good way mostly
Fair warning, this is not a squishy sofa pillow. The foam is on the firm side and takes a moment to compress into shape when you first sit back. Once it does it holds you upright nicely, and I notice I'm less achy after long WFH stretches. I would have liked a slightly softer top layer, hence four stars, but my husband thinks it's perfect, so it's clearly personal.
Helps my sciatica but not a miracle cure
I've had sciatica down my left leg for a few years now and my doctor suggested better lumbar support in my armchair as one piece of managing it, alongside stretches and the rest. This cushion has helped, I get less of that shooting pain when I stand up after an evening watching television. It's not fixed the problem entirely, some days are still rough regardless of the cushion, but it's a noticeable improvement over the flat chair back I had before. The strap has loosened once or twice and needed retightening after a few weeks of use.
Bought for my mother's recliner, she won't stop talking about it
My mother is eighty one and spends most of her afternoons in her recliner, and she'd been complaining about lower back pain for months. I ordered this for her chair and within a couple of weeks she called to tell me how much better she felt getting up from her chair. It stays put on the recliner back even though she shifts around a fair bit watching her shows. The only thing she mentioned is the foam feels a touch firm at first sit, though she says she barely notices after a minute or two now.
Finally my desk chair has a lower back
My office chair is one of those flat-backed budget ones and by 3pm I was always slouching. This fills the gap exactly where the curve of my back is. The foam is the slow kind, it sinks in a bit rather than shoving you forward, which I prefer. Strap went around the chair back in seconds and it hasn't slid down once in about two months. Less achy after long days of calls, which is all I wanted from it.
Six hour raid nights, back doesn't hate me anymore
I play a lot in the evenings after work, four or five hours some nights, and my gaming chair looked supportive but did nothing for my lower back. Clipped this on and the difference was immediate, I'm not slumping by the third hour anymore. The foam is firm enough that it doesn't flatten out even during long sessions. Only thing I'd change is the cover, it's a bit fuzzy and picks up lint from my hoodie. Still, my back used to ache walking upstairs to bed and that's basically gone now after about six weeks of use.
Library chair marathon sessions, actually helped
Final year of my degree meant six or seven hour stretches in the university library, hunched over a laptop in chairs clearly not designed for anyone's spine. Bought this on a whim before exam season and it's made a real difference, I don't leave with that dull ache across my lower back anymore. Strap fit most of the library chairs fine, though a couple of the older wooden ones it slipped on slightly. The foam still feels supportive after about two months of near daily use. Wish it was slightly less bulky to carry in my backpack, but a good trade off.
Fixed the couch working habit I know I shouldn't have
I freelance from home and despite knowing better I do a lot of my writing curled up on the sofa rather than at a proper desk, which my lower back has never forgiven me for. This cushion wedged against the arm of the couch has actually made those long afternoon sessions bearable, three or four hours at a stretch without the usual ache setting in. It does shift around more on a soft sofa than it would on a firm chair, so I have to readjust it now and then. Still a big improvement over nothing.
