My wrist stopped complaining
I work from home and by Thursday my mouse hand used to feel tight where it pressed on the desk edge. The foam bolster sits right under the heel of my hand and after a couple of weeks the end-of-day ache is noticeably less. It is described as compact and it really is, roughly the footprint of a small book, so if you make big sweeping mouse movements you will run off the edge.
