My commute neck ache is basically gone

I drive about 50 minutes each way and used to arrive with a stiff neck from my head lolling around whenever traffic crawled. This fills the gap between my neck and the headrest exactly like it should. The strap took maybe a minute to fit and it hasn't slipped since. The memory foam is firmer than a regular pillow, which I actually prefer, and the suede-feel cover is nice against the skin. Less achy after long sits, that's all I wanted.

Finally slept on a 14-hour flight

I flew from Dubai to Los Angeles last month, fourteen hours in economy, and normally I land with a neck so stiff I can barely turn my head for the rest of the day. This pillow actually kept my head from lolling onto the shoulder of the stranger next to me, which has happened more than once without it. The foam has a firmness to it that a regular travel pillow doesn't, and the strap around the headrest kept it from sliding down every time I shifted. Packed down small enough in my carry-on too. First flight in years I've actually arrived rested.

Passenger seat naps actually work now

Bought this for long motorway runs to see my parents. I always fall asleep in the passenger seat and wake up with my chin on my chest. The raised back bit genuinely stops my head tipping forward, and the sides hold you without squashing your jaw, which was my worry with contoured pillows. Cover zips off and survived a 40-degree wash fine. We got the black one and it blends into the seat so well my husband didn't notice it for a week.

Good support, foam needs some days

I am driving daily around 80 km and wanted proper support for the cervical area, not a soft cushion. This one is quite firm out of the box. After perhaps a week the foam adapted to my shape and now it is comfortable also on two-hour drives. Installation on the headrest is simple and it stays fixed. One star less because the first days it pressed a little too hard, so plan a short break-in period. Otherwise a solid product for the price.

Moved it between two cars, no fuss

We share it between my little Clio and my partner's SUV and swapping takes seconds, the strap adjusts easily to both headrests. I was sceptical about memory foam in a car because I run warm, but the fabric doesn't get sweaty on longer trips the way my old velour pillow did. My head stays upright when I doze instead of rolling toward the window. Ordered the navy, the colour is darker than the photos, closer to midnight blue. Very happy overall.

Comfortable foam, but too thick for my seat

The quality itself is fine, nice cover, foam springs back like it should. My problem is the thickness. My seat is quite upright and the pillow pushes my head a bit further forward than I would like, so on short city drives I take it off. On the highway with the seat reclined a little it works much better. Measure how much room you have between your head and the headrest before ordering. Kept it, but only for long trips.

Also great on my high-back office chair

Bought it for the car but honestly it spends most of its time strapped to my desk chair at home, which has a tall headrest. During long video calls I lean back and the contour sits right in the curve of my neck. In the car it does what it promises too, kept my head steady on a four-hour drive to my sister's place. The grey matches our interior. Washing the cover is easy, zip off, machine, done. No complaints at all.

Finally arrive without the stiff neck

I do Milano to Bologna often for work and always arrived rigid on the right side of my neck. With this the head stays in position even when I rest my eyes at the Autogrill stops. The tapered shape means it does not touch my jaw or push my earrings, small thing but I noticed. I later bought the matching lumbar cushion too, they are sold separately, together the seat feels like a different car. The microsuede feels more expensive than what I paid.
