Helps in the recliner, just not the prettiest thing

Very good construction, but be aware it is firm
I must say the build quality is convincing. The white shell is completely rigid and after four months of daily use at my desk it has not deformed at all, which was my main concern with foam products. The mesh padding is comfortable enough and easy to wipe. I give four stars because the seat is really quite hard in the beginning, one needs perhaps a week until sitting on it feels normal. For a person expecting a soft cushion, this is not that. For posture, it works.

Great support, slightly snug seat for bigger blokes
Does what it says. The shell tilts you upright and the back wings genuinely hold you there, no straps flopping about like other posture gear I've owned. I use it in the home office and occasionally drag it out to the deck table. Docking one star because I'm a broader guy and the contoured seat pan is a touch snug around the hips, took some settling in. Once you're in the right spot it's comfortable for hours though. Works, but the adjustment period is real
Mixed feelings. The concept is sound and after three weeks I do sit straighter without thinking about it. But I want to be honest: the first week was uncomfortable. The shell is hard, the pelvis tilt feels unfamiliar, and on my rather narrow kitchen chair the base overhangs the edges a little, so check your chair width. It also raises you up a few centimetres, which changed my desk height situation. I kept it and use it daily now, but it is a trainer, not a comfort cushion.
