This thing doesn't yank you upright, it just makes slouching mildly annoying, which turns out to be exactly what works for me. The figure-8 straps cross at the back and the tension feels even on both sides. I wear it over a t-shirt for an hour or two in the morning. Velcro makes it quick to get on before a call.

Works well, mind the velcro on knitwear
Bought this after months of WFH hunching over a laptop at the kitchen table. Docked a star because the velcro edge snagged a jumper before I learned to smooth it down properly, and the first few days it felt a bit odd under the arms until I found the right tension. Helpful, but the break-in is real
Honest review: the first week I almost returned it. If you tighten it the way you instinctively want to, the straps press under your arms and you last twenty minutes. You have to wear it looser than feels useful and build up slowly, exactly as the instructions say, which requires patience I did not have at first. Also I am at the upper end of the size range and it is snug there. Now, a month in, it does help me sit taller at my desk. So, three stars — it works, but it made me earn it.

Great for long drives
I'm behind the wheel four or five hours most days and had started slumping into the seat like a deflating bag. Wear this over my work shirt for the first stretch of driving and it keeps my shoulders back against the seat properly. Less achy at the end of the day, noticeably. Also chucked it in the gym bag a few times as a reminder between sets. Breathable enough for summer here, which surprised me for a neoprene brace.
