Sensible solution for attic bedrooms

Getting through a Perth summer without ducted air
Our place doesn't have ducted air conditioning and the bedroom faces west, so by December it holds heat well past midnight. Works well, just smaller than my pillow
Does what it says. The blue gel surface is noticeably cool when you first lie down and it takes the edge off muggy nights.
