Strapped it to my scooter seat for the commute
I ride a scooter into Utrecht most days, about thirty five minutes each way, and the stock seat is thin foam over a metal pan that gets uncomfortable fast. I strapped this cushion on with a couple of zip ties through the honeycomb holes and it has held up through an entire winter of commuting, rain included. The gel doesn't seem to mind the cold, still gives the same cushioning it did in summer. Only issue is it looks a bit odd strapped to a scooter, definitely not what it was designed for, but it works.
My chiropractor noticed I was sitting better
I mentioned to my chiropractor I'd started using an ergonomic support kit and they commented my posture had visibly improved since my last visit. The lumbar pillow keeps my lower back from rounding, which is the root of most of my issues. Seat cushion distributes weight evenly and the neck pillow is great for reading on the monitor. Didn't change anything else — just these three pieces.
Cooling works, firmness is polarizing
The cooling benefit is legitimate and I appreciate that it hasn't flattened out like foam options tend to. That said, the firmness level isn't for everyone. I found it works well for shorter sessions but by hour five or six I prefer something softer. If you like a firmer feel you'll probably love this. I landed somewhere in the middle.
Good lumbar and cushion, neck pillow took adjustment
The lumbar pillow and seat cushion are both excellent right out of the box — firmness is right, they stay in place, and the improvement in lower back comfort was noticeable immediately. The neck pillow needed about a week for me to find the right position where it actually helped rather than just being there. Once dialed in it's useful for long stretches at the monitor. Kit value overall is fair for what you get.
Short guy approved
At 5'5" my feet never sat comfortably flat at my office desk and I'd compensate by crossing my legs, which made things worse. This footrest at medium height and a slight forward tilt is exactly the support I needed. The rocking keeps me from tensing up during long video calls. Bought a second one for my home setup.
Works as described, wish the lowest height were lower
For my setup the minimum height is actually a touch too high — I need to tilt it back to its flattest angle to compensate, which reduces some of the rocking range. If you're average height or sit at a taller desk you probably won't hit this issue. The quality is unquestionable and the non-slip surface is excellent. Just a minor fit issue for my particular proportions.
Helpful support but firmer than I'd like
The ergonomic shape is correct and the positioning is good. However the foam is quite firm — I would prefer something a touch softer for all-day use. It does seem to be holding its shape well which is a trade-off I can accept. The breathable cover works as described. A softer density option would make this a five-star product for me personally.
Decent support but fiddly fill adjustment
The pillow is comfortable once set up, but the process of opening it, removing fill, redistributing, and sealing it back took me several tries to get right. On the final setting it supports my neck well during naps. I'd recommend watching the adjustment instructions before your first trip rather than figuring it out in an airport lounge.
My dining chair is finally usable for work
I work from home at a dining table and the wooden chairs were giving me leg numbness within an hour. This cushion fixed it straight away. Three months on the foam still feels exactly the same as day one. The machine-washable cover has been through the wash four times and holds up perfectly. Really impressed.
Lumbar pillow slips on leather chair
The seat cushion works well and the foam is good quality, but the lumbar pillow's non-slip backing doesn't grip leather at all — it slid down within an hour of use. I ended up using tape to keep it in place. If your chair is fabric this is probably fine, but on smooth leather the strap isn't enough to hold position. Would benefit from a stronger fixing system.
Very comfortable but wish neck pillow came in more colors
I'm really happy with the comfort improvement across the board — lower back no longer aches at end of day and the seat pressure is much more evenly spread. My only feedback is cosmetic: the neck pillow color doesn't match my chair and I couldn't find a way to get a different option. Sounds petty but when you're staring at your setup all day it matters a bit. Functionally five stars, visually four.
Good pillow, slight gripe about cover attachment
The support itself is great — the contoured foam sits right where it needs to and the density is good for long sessions. One small gripe: the mesh cover's zipper is a bit stiff and it took me a couple of tries to get it back on after washing. The pillow core is very well made. Straps held firm on my ergonomic chair without any slipping.
Sturdy, adjustable, and genuinely breathable
I was suspicious of the 'breathable mesh' marketing because I'd been burned before, but this one is the real thing — I've tested it through warm summer afternoons and it genuinely makes a difference. The headrest adjusts well for my height, the lumbar support is exactly where it needs to be, and the 4D armrests let me match both my keyboard and my mouse tray. Solid chair in every respect.
Good for flights, less so for the very front
The side and rear neck support is excellent. I do wish it extended a little further forward for times when my chin drops, but that's a design trade-off for compactness. For preventing the head-roll I kept experiencing on night flights, it does the job well. Cover is easy to wash and dries quickly.
Exactly what I was looking for
I tried two cheaper alternatives before this one — both cracked within months. The ERGOLA rocker is noticeably more solid and the height increments are fine enough that I could find my exact preferred position. After a week of adjustment I now rock without thinking about it, which is the goal. Legs feel much more comfortable after a full day of work.
