Works well but straps loosened after a month
The support and shape are good — it does what it says for lumbar positioning. After about a month of daily use the straps started losing tension and I have to re-tighten them every few days. Not a dealbreaker but slightly annoying. The foam is still holding its shape which is the more important thing. Would appreciate a strap with a more secure locking mechanism.

A year at the sewing bench
I have used it for nearly a year at my sewing bench and it still lifts and holds height like the first day. The compact footprint was a selling point, it tucks fully under the bench when guests come and my workroom doubles as a spare room. Thread and fabric dust do not stick to the upholstery, a quick wipe and it looks new. My shoulders used to climb toward my ears during long seams, sitting saddle-style somehow keeps everything looser. Would buy again in grey.

Bought one, then bought another
First one went on my desk chair at home. Two months later I ordered a second for my mother, who spends a lot of time on a rigid dining chair and had been complaining about it. She's stopped complaining, which in my family counts as a rave review. The foam responds to warmth and settles into your shape without collapsing. Nice that there are darker colours too, I picked the grey for her so it wouldn't show marks.

Works well, teal is brighter than I expected
Been using it for about a year at my desk. Functionally very good — the tilt keeps me from sliding into a slump and the foam has kept its shape through daily use. Two small notes: the teal is more vivid in person than it looked on my screen, which matters if your office is all grey and black like mine, and the moulded base edge is firm if you sit down carelessly off-centre. Neither bothers me anymore. My back feels better on long days, that is what counts.

Out of the box and working in two minutes
No screws, no instructions to decipher — I took it out of the box, placed it on my desk and that was the installation. The wood-grain top happens to match my oak desk quite well, so it doesn't look like an office gadget dropped into the living room. I mostly appreciate that my keyboard and mouse travel up with the screen; nothing gets left behind at the wrong height.

Cheap fix for an expensive-feeling problem
My desk is slightly too tall and a proper sit-stand replacement wasn't in the budget this year. This wedge closed the gap. Feet supported, thighs level, and the pins-and-needles feeling I'd get in the arvo has mostly gone. It sits dead flat and doesn't rock or squeak even when I tap my feet on it constantly, which I do. For the price of a takeaway dinner it's one of the better desk purchases I've made.

Retirement hobby desk upgrade
Since retiring I spend hours at my hobby desk building model ships, and my old chair had me stiff within an hour. This one keeps me leaning slightly forward toward the workbench, which is exactly the posture I need for detail work, and I can stay at it for two or three hours now without needing to stand and stretch. My grandson helped assemble it in under fifteen minutes. The rocking motion took a day to get used to but now I barely notice it. Very pleased with the craftsmanship for the price.

Great chair, delivery packaging was a bit over-engineered
The chair itself is excellent — lumbar support is properly adjustable, the 4D armrests are a step above anything I'd used before, and the waterfall seat edge is a genuine plus for long days. My minor gripe is purely logistical: the packaging was so elaborate that unboxing before assembly took nearly 15 minutes. Trivial in the grand scheme but worth mentioning. The chair is 5-star; packaging dropped it to 4.

Bookkeeping at midnight feels less brutal
I run a small shop and do the books myself most nights after closing, often until midnight at my kitchen desk. My back used to be the reason I'd quit early and leave invoices half done. The mesh breathes even though my office is a converted attic room that gets stuffy, and the lumbar support keeps me upright without thinking about it. Took me about twenty minutes to assemble alone, tools included. The only small niggle is the headrest doesn't adjust, but I don't really use it anyway. Great value overall.

Decent but I expected a bit more height
The cushion does what it says — the coccyx cutout helps and the foam doesn't pancake like gel cushions I've tried. My gripe is that it doesn't raise me as much as I expected, so my monitor is now slightly lower than ideal. Not a product flaw, just something I didn't plan for. For pure tailbone comfort it does the job.

Bought for my mother's kitchen chair
My mother is seventy-eight and has sciatica that flares up if she sits too long on the hard kitchen chairs she refuses to replace. I got her this cushion mostly to stop her complaining, honestly, and she now uses it every single meal and every time she does her crosswords at that table. She says the ache down her leg is much less noticeable now. It has stayed springy after more than a year of daily use, which surprised me. Her one complaint is that it makes her sit slightly higher than she's used to.

Surprisingly good for the camper van too
We converted a van last year and I was skeptical about hauling a proper memory foam pillow around instead of the flat camping ones, mostly worried about space and weight. It compresses fine into a stuff sack for travel days and expands back within an hour of setting up camp. My neck used to be stiff every morning after a night on the road bed, and that's mostly gone now. Only real complaint is it takes up more pack space than I'd like when we're trying to travel light for a week at a time. Worth the trade-off for us.

Lumbar pillow is great, cushion wasn't for me
Really happy with the lumbar support pillow — it's firm, well-made and the strap keeps it positioned properly all day. The seat cushion just didn't suit me personally; I found it a bit too hard even after a break-in period. Lower-back discomfort is definitely better with the lumbar piece, but I went back to a softer cushion for the seat. Others may love the firm feel.

A woodworker's honest opinion on the top
I build furniture as a hobby, so I was ready to be disappointed by a mass-produced wood desktop, but the finish and grain matching on mine are genuinely well done, no visible seams where the boards join. The edges are rounded properly, not just sanded quickly. Mechanically, the lift columns feel over-built for the weight I put on them, which I appreciate as someone who reads spec sheets for fun. Setup took me forty minutes since I do this sort of thing regularly. If I had to nitpick, the included screws were a slightly odd metric size I didn't have on hand.

Keeps me on my feet while watching a toddler
I work part time from home and my two year old needs constant half-attention, so standing gives me a better vantage point over the living room than sitting ever did. This converter goes on our dining table since we don't have a proper office, and lifts with barely a nudge even with my laptop and a small monitor on it. Lowering it back down at dinner time takes seconds so the table looks normal again for meals. Almost a year of daily up and down and the mechanism hasn't slowed at all, though the dining table underneath now has a couple of scuff marks from moving it.
