Convinced my partner to get one too
After a month with the LumaSpine Pro my partner noticed I'd stopped complaining about back tension and asked for one. The adjustable lumbar and waterfall seat edge are the two features I mention most. At 5'3" I was concerned about fit but the seat depth slider and lower armrest range accommodate me perfectly. Worth the price for anyone working from home seriously.

Pretty enough to leave in the living room
My desk is in a corner of the living room so the chair had to look decent, and the white frame with grey mesh actually fits in instead of screaming office furniture. Comfort-wise, the headrest is what surprised me — I recline with it locked and watch lectures in the evening, very cosy. The seat is padded but not soft-soft, more supportive. Casters roll fine on parquet without marking it so far. Fifteen minutes to assemble was about right for me.

Moved it between two cars, no fuss
We share it between my little Clio and my partner's SUV and swapping takes seconds, the strap adjusts easily to both headrests. I was sceptical about memory foam in a car because I run warm, but the fabric doesn't get sweaty on longer trips the way my old velour pillow did. My head stays upright when I doze instead of rolling toward the window. Ordered the navy, the colour is darker than the photos, closer to midnight blue. Very happy overall.

Good support, wheels need a firmer floor
Ten-hour shifts doing remote support calls means I basically live in this chair, and the lumbar curve genuinely helped my lower back within the first fortnight. My real complaint is the casters catch slightly on the join between our carpet and the hallway tile, so I've started keeping a small mat under the base. Leather smells strong for the first week or so, worth airing the room out properly. Height lever is smooth though, and the tilt lock holds solid whenever I lean back between calls.

Works well, mind the velcro on knitwear
Bought this after months of WFH hunching over a laptop at the kitchen table. It does the job — you feel the straps the moment you start to round forward, and gradually you catch yourself doing it less. Docked a star because the velcro edge snagged a jumper before I learned to smooth it down properly, and the first few days it felt a bit odd under the arms until I found the right tension. Slim enough under a shirt that nobody at the office noticed.

Exactly what my back needed
My home office setup is basically a hand-me-down chair that was never meant for eight-hour workdays. The ERGOLA kit has bought me at least another year before I need to invest in something better. Shared with my son's homeschool desk and it works well
We share our home office, my son does his homeschool lessons at the same desk I use for work in the afternoons, so the chair gets swapped between an eleven year old and me all day. The height adjustment range covers both of us easily and it's sturdy enough that he doesn't wobble it around like his old stool. Fabric wipes clean when he leaves crumbs, which happens more than I'd like to admit. Genuinely good value considering it does double duty here.

I switch to standing for an hour most mornings and again after lunch, and my evening stiffness has noticeably eased. Setting it up took no tools at all, which surprised me. The surface does flex very slightly under my monitor's full weight when raised to the highest setting, but it's never felt unsafe.

Tall enough for a 6'4" architect
I'm 6'4" and most standing desks top out just as I start to hunch. This one goes high enough that I finally stand straight while reviewing drawings. Very solid construction, quiet operation
I was skeptical whether a wooden top would feel stable at standing height, but the frame is very rigid and nothing rattles when I type. The motors are quiet enough that I change height during video conferences without anyone noticing. Assembly took me about one hour, the instructions were sufficient. The included power strip was a practical surprise, my cables are now much tidier. After four months of daily use I can recommend it without reservation.

Works fine initially but compressed quickly at my weight
I'm a bigger guy, around 270 lbs, and after about three weeks the foam had compressed enough that the cutout was no longer doing its job — I could feel my tailbone again. It might be fine for average-weight users and it's not uncomfortable, just not the durable solution I was hoping for at this price point. Customer service was helpful though.

Solid daily driver with one small complaint
I use this every day at my standing desk (for seated intervals) and it holds up well. The non-slip backing is reliable and the gel stays cool even in a warm room. My only complaint is it's noticeably heavier than a foam cushion, so repositioning it takes a little more effort. Still very happy with it overall.

Great support, runs a bit warm in summer
The lumbar support itself is excellent and the non-slip backing is the real deal — it hasn't shifted once in four months. My only note is that on hot days the cover still retains a bit of warmth after an hour, even being breathable fabric. Nothing unbearable, just noticeable. In cooler weather it's absolutely perfect.

Good idea, needs a slightly taller max height
I wanted to love this but even at the highest setting it's just barely enough for my setup — I have a fixed-height desk that sits a smidge tall for me. The rocking mechanism itself is smooth and the texture grips my socks without being scratchy. If they added another centimetre or two at the top of the height range it would be a five-star product for me.
