Convinced my partner to get one too
After a month with the LumaSpine Pro my partner noticed I'd stopped complaining about back tension and asked for one. The adjustable lumbar and waterfall seat edge are the two features I mention most. At 5'3" I was concerned about fit but the seat depth slider and lower armrest range accommodate me perfectly. Worth the price for anyone working from home seriously.

My back thanks me every morning now
I work long hours at a financial services firm from home and chronic lower-back tightness had become a daily nuisance. The bundle approach appealed because I wanted everything to work together rather than mixing brands. The difference after two weeks was noticeable — less tightness at end of day and I'm not unconsciously slouching the way I was. The memory foam cushion adds a layer of comfort the chair alone wouldn't provide.

Exactly what my back needed
My home office setup is basically a hand-me-down chair that was never meant for eight-hour workdays. The ERGOLA kit has bought me at least another year before I need to invest in something better. Lumbar support is spot on and the seat cushion has taken the pressure off my tailbone entirely. Fast delivery to Ireland too.

Works fine initially but compressed quickly at my weight
I'm a bigger guy, around 270 lbs, and after about three weeks the foam had compressed enough that the cutout was no longer doing its job — I could feel my tailbone again. It might be fine for average-weight users and it's not uncomfortable, just not the durable solution I was hoping for at this price point. Customer service was helpful though.

Solid daily driver with one small complaint
I use this every day at my standing desk (for seated intervals) and it holds up well. The non-slip backing is reliable and the gel stays cool even in a warm room. My only complaint is it's noticeably heavier than a foam cushion, so repositioning it takes a little more effort. Still very happy with it overall.

Great support, runs a bit warm in summer
The lumbar support itself is excellent and the non-slip backing is the real deal — it hasn't shifted once in four months. My only note is that on hot days the cover still retains a bit of warmth after an hour, even being breathable fabric. Nothing unbearable, just noticeable. In cooler weather it's absolutely perfect.

Good idea, needs a slightly taller max height
I wanted to love this but even at the highest setting it's just barely enough for my setup — I have a fixed-height desk that sits a smidge tall for me. The rocking mechanism itself is smooth and the texture grips my socks without being scratchy. If they added another centimetre or two at the top of the height range it would be a five-star product for me.

Good quality, wish there were more color choices
The functionality of all three pieces is excellent — I noticed a real difference in how my back feels after long days of remote work. My only wish is that the neck pillow came in more color options; I have a light chair and the standard color doesn't quite match. A minor aesthetic thing, but worth noting. Performance-wise, nothing to complain about.

Great lumbar, mesh back creaks a little
The core ergonomics are sound — lumbar support is well-positioned and the waterfall seat edge really does help with circulation during long sessions. However, the mesh back has developed a faint creak when I lean back and to the right. It's minor and the recline still works perfectly, but it's noticeable in a quiet home office. Still a good chair at the price, just not flawless.

Solid products, already had the seat cushion
The chair and lumbar pillow are both excellent and I use them every day. My issue is that I already owned a similar memory foam seat cushion, so one-third of the bundle was redundant for me. I'd suggest checking what you already own before buying — if you're starting completely fresh this is a good deal, but I paid for something I didn't need. The products themselves are well made.

Good ergonomics, straps a bit snug on wider chair
The lumbar curve is well-designed and sits in the right position on a standard chair. I also tried it on a wider conference chair at the office and the straps were just barely long enough — they held but with no slack at all. On my regular desk chair at home it's perfect. The breathable cover is a genuine feature rather than marketing fluff; noticeably cooler than my previous pillow.

Good desk but the desktop is on the smaller side
Motor quality and stability are both excellent, and the presets work flawlessly. My main issue is the desktop size — I have three screens plus a laptop stand and it's tight. If you have a larger multi-monitor setup you might want to measure carefully before ordering. Otherwise the mechanics are top-notch.

Good all-round, elastic could be longer
The memory foam is comfortable and the contour shape is designed right — it sits in exactly the right spot on my lower back. Strap is a fraction short for my Hilux ute seat so I have to loop it twice, which works but isn't ideal. On regular sedans and SUVs I imagine it fits perfectly. Still using it every day.
