Good lumbar pillow, cushion a bit firm for me
The lumbar support pillow is genuinely excellent — firm, well-shaped, stays put. The seat cushion is denser than I expected and took a couple of weeks to soften to a comfortable feel. I have a bony tailbone and I wanted something slightly softer out of the box. Worth trying if you prefer firmer support, just know it's not plush.

Good chair with an overly firm seat cushion
The lumbar support and breathable mesh are exactly as described, and I like the 4D armrests quite a bit. My issue is the seat cushion — it's firmer than I expected and after about five or six hours I feel some tailbone pressure. I've added a separate seat pad which helps, but I shouldn't need to at this price. Otherwise it's a solid build.

My third lumbar pillow and finally the right one
The first two either slid constantly or flattened within a month. This one uses the non-slip material AND an elastic strap together which is why it stays put — you need both. The foam held its density for the four months I've been using it so far. Back stiffness on my 90-minute commute is basically gone.

Sturdy and quiet, minor assembly frustration
The desk has been in daily use for four months and I have zero complaints about its performance — smooth, quiet, and rock solid at standing height. The only thing I'll flag is that a few of the bolt holes needed a little coaxing to align during assembly. Nothing serious, but worth having patience and a second pair of hands. Great product overall.

Confortable, juste un peu encombrant
J'ai utilisé ce coussin sur plusieurs vols longue distance et il a bien tenu ses promesses côté soutien. La mousse à mémoire de forme déchiquetée s'adapte vraiment bien une fois réglée. La seule réserve, c'est qu'il est nettement plus volumineux qu'un coussin gonflable, ce qui pèse sur le sac. Pour quelqu'un qui voyage avec un grand bagage, ce n'est pas un problème.

Great for short-legs crew, rocking takes getting used to
I'm petite and the backs of my thighs were constantly sore from dangling feet — this fixed that immediately. The height range covers my needs with room to spare. It did take about five days before the rocking felt like second nature rather than something I was actively doing. Once that clicked I stopped noticing it, which is the whole point. Minor wish: a slightly softer texture for barefoot use.

Use it every single day in my car
My commute is 45 minutes each way and the driver's seat in my car was killing my lower back and tailbone. I put this on the seat and the difference was immediate. It stays put even when I get in and out. At around four months of daily car use the foam shows zero sign of giving up. Well worth every dollar.

Too firm for my preference
The build quality is clearly good — the foam is dense and the strap system is well designed. Unfortunately the firmness level doesn't suit me; after an hour of use I found myself removing it. I have friends who prefer very firm support and I'd recommend it to them without hesitation. Just not the right fit for my body type and how I sit. Returning it.

Neck pillow just didn't work for my setup
The lumbar support and seat cushion are genuinely good — comfortable, durable, and the straps hold. The neck pillow unfortunately doesn't work well with my taller chair back; it sits too high and pushes my head slightly forward rather than cradling it. I've seen others have success with it but for my chair geometry it just wasn't the right fit. Two stars specifically for the neck pillow — the rest of the kit is better than this rating implies.
