Lumbar is exceptional, armrests need firmer locks
The lumbar support on this chair is the best feature — genuinely adjustable and it stays where you put it. Mesh back is breathable, seat depth slider accommodated my shorter legs well. The one thing I'd improve is the armrest locks: they're a little soft and under subtle sideways pressure the armrests can drift slightly from the position I set. Doesn't cause discomfort but it's noticeable when you're used to firmer hardware.

Better than pricier chairs I tried
I was sceptical because reclining office chairs at this price usually feel flimsy. This one doesn't. The backrest locks solidly at whatever angle you set, and after eight months of daily use nothing has loosened. I am 178 cm and around 90 kg, well inside the stated limits, and it feels stable even fully reclined with the footrest out. Mesh back is a blessing in a small flat with no air conditioning. Assembly instructions were clear, maybe twenty minutes total.

Replaced a chair three times the price
My expensive mesh chair broke and I bought this as a temporary solution. That was months ago and I have stopped looking for a replacement. The high back supports the whole spine, not just the lower part, and I finish work days without the usual stiffness in my neck. My wife took the pink one for herself after trying mine, so we now own two. Delivery was quick, boxes were heavy but manageable. Genuinely impressed for the price.

Great combo, minor strap issue
I've been through two random lumbar cushions from discount sites and both were flimsy. This one is completely different — the foam holds its shape and the support actually lands where it needs to. Paired with the seat cushion the full kit is really well thought out. The only thing I'd change is slightly longer straps for a larger chair back.

Beat the post-lunch slump
I raise it after lunch when I'd normally start drooping in my chair, stand for an hour or two, then drop it back down for focused work. The transition takes a couple of seconds, so I actually do it instead of thinking about doing it. Frame feels stable with a monitor and laptop both on top. My desk is an old solid pine one I didn't want to replace, and now I don't have to.

Comfortable foam, but the upright position isn't for everyone
Mixed feelings. The materials are honestly lovely — plush foam, sturdy base, easy to wipe down. My issue is with the concept: it holds you quite upright, and I like to lean back into my chair's backrest, which you can't really do with the support piece behind you. Also note it's lumbar-height support, not a full back, which I should have read more carefully. I still use it a couple of hours a day and my lower back does feel better, but it hasn't replaced normal sitting for me.

Replaced an expensive brand chair, no regrets
I used a well-known ergonomic chair at my old office and expected to miss it. Honestly, I don't. The synchronised tilt on this one behaves the same way, the back follows you when you lean instead of dropping away. Lumbar pad has real spring to it rather than being a fixed bump. For the price of one premium chair I equipped my desk and still had money left for a monitor arm. Build quality feels serious.

Elegant and effective, one small gripe
This is one of the few ergonomic products that does not look like medical equipment. The bentwood frame is genuinely pretty in our small apartment. Sitting in it opens the hips and I slouch much less during long editing days. My only gripe is that there is no height adjustment, so it suits my desk but I had to raise my screen a little. Assembly took maybe ten minutes with the included hardware. Overall a good purchase.

Perfect for the graveyard shift
I work night shift customer support from home while my wife and kids sleep upstairs, and my previous mouse's click was loud enough to carry through the floor. Switched to this four months ago and haven't had a complaint since. Comfortable enough that my hand doesn't tire across an eight-hour shift, and the rechargeable battery means I'm not sneaking into the kitchen drawer for spare AAs at 3am anymore. Setup was instant, plugged the little dongle in and it just worked. Genuinely one of the better small purchases I've made this year.

My drafting stool needed this badly
I illustrate for a living and spend most of the day perched on a tall drafting stool with a hard, narrow seat that was never designed for comfort. After a few months my tailbone was constantly sore by early afternoon. This cushion fit the stool better than I expected given how small the seat is, and it hasn't slid off even when I'm leaning over to ink details. The foam has kept its shape through months of daily sitting. It does make the stool a little tall for shorter reaches to my desk, so I raised my footrest to compensate.

Three hour recording sessions without the usual slump
I record a weekly podcast plus editing, so I'm often in my chair for three hour stretches without much of a break, and by the end my lower back used to just give up and I'd start slouching into the mic. This attaches firmly to my chair frame and the panels adjust to exactly where my curve is, which took some fiddling the first time but stayed put after. Six weeks in and there's zero sagging even after back to back sessions. My only complaint is the plastic housing shows scuff marks pretty easily where my chair rubs against it.
