High-density foam that holds its shape

Great bundle, chair assembly took longer than expected
The ergonomics of this setup are genuinely excellent — I went from a cheap office chair to this and the difference is stark after a full workday. Comfortable through a 9-hour sprint and still going

Best lumbar pillow I've owned
I've gone through at least five different lumbar supports over the years — rolled towels, basic foam blocks, an expensive memory foam one. This beats all of them. The contoured shape is ergonomically correct, the straps keep it positioned regardless of how much I move, and the breathable cover means no discomfort from heat build-up. The foam is still as firm and supportive as day one after four months.

Nice design but foam went soft on me after a few months
The first two months were great — good support and it stayed where I put it. Around month three the foam started losing some firmness and I'm not getting quite the same lumbar pressure. Still usable but I expected it to hold up longer given the price. The breathable cover is genuinely good though, no complaints there.
