Exactly the right height
Every other lumbar pillow I've owned sits too high — into the mid-back rather than the lower lumbar region. This one positions correctly, presumably because the strap system lets you dial in the exact height. The foam is dense enough to maintain the curve under pressure rather than flattening when you lean back. I recommend it without hesitation to anyone who works long hours at a desk.

Finally fits my height
I'm 6'3" and every office chair I've tried made me feel like my knees were at my chin by hour three. The seat depth on this one, plus a headrest that actually extends far enough, changed that completely. I work from a converted basement room, eight to nine hours most days as a backend engineer, and my hips don't ache anymore by 6pm. The leather held up fine through a brutally hot July with the AC struggling to keep up. Recline tension knob is stiff at first but loosens with regular use. Worth the wait for restock.

Reduced my end-of-day discomfort significantly
I work from home managing remote teams which means a lot of video calls and a lot of hours in a chair. The lower-back discomfort I used to feel by evening has largely disappeared since switching to this. The lumbar support adjustment is precise and the synchro-tilt keeps me comfortable through long stretches of sitting. Mesh is cool in summer. Assembly instructions clear and parts well-labelled.

Kühlt wirklich — sehr zufrieden

Concrete basement studio, feet approve
I record a podcast three times a week standing at a desk in my basement, and the bare concrete down there was killing my feet after about ninety minutes. This mat has made the sessions noticeably easier, enough cushion that I don't notice the floor underneath anymore. It arrived with a fairly strong rubber smell that lingered for close to a week even with the window cracked, which was the main downside for me. The edges have started to curl very slightly at one corner after five months, nothing major but worth mentioning. Still glad I bought it, feet don't ache after recording now.

Head-drop problem solved
I have a terrible habit of letting my head fall forward when I doze on planes and I always wake up with a crick. This pillow holds my head in a neutral position long enough for me to actually sleep. The bamboo fabric doesn't get hot against my neck even on a warm cabin. Clip is sturdy and hasn't come loose once.

Gut, aber Bezug zieht Fusseln an
Die Ergonomie und die Form des Ausschnitts sind wirklich durchdacht — mein Steißbein dankt es mir täglich. Aber der Bezugsstoff zieht Fusseln und Haare geradezu magnetisch an. Ich muss ihn fast täglich mit einer Fusselrolle bearbeiten, was auf Dauer nervig ist. Für den Preis sollte das besser gelöst sein.

Excellent pour les chauffeurs routiers

Less achy after long WFH days
Working from home hunched over a laptop was leaving my neck sore by evening, and sleeping wasn't resetting it. Since switching to this I'm waking up less achy and the soreness doesn't build up through the week the same way. I like that the foam recovers slowly, so when I shift position it moulds again rather than fighting me. The cover has a soft quilted knit feel. No complaints so far after two months.

I work from home as a contract attorney and needed somewhere to spread physical case binders while still running dual monitors for document review. The return holds three stacked binders without sagging, and the main desktop fits my monitors with room for a legal pad. I stand for the tedious redline passes now and it has genuinely cut down on afternoon back stiffness. The motor is quiet enough for client calls. My one complaint is the cable tray screws stripped slightly on install and I had to use a slightly larger bit from my toolbox.

Good, after airing out
Works as described, but out of the packaging it had a faint rubbery smell, so I let it air on the balcony for two days before using it. After that, no issues. The pad is thinner than I imagined from the photos, which is actually a good thing — my pillow feels the same, just cooler. I keep it under the pillowcase and it hasn't shifted once. Would have given five stars without the initial smell.

Small apartment, big help for thesis writing
I am finishing a thesis in a tiny Parisian apartment where desk space is precious, and this chair tucks away almost completely under the desk when I stand up, which matters more than I expected. Writing for six or seven hours a day was destroying my lower back before. Now I notice I sit taller without consciously trying, and the ache that used to creep in by early afternoon is much milder. Assembly instructions were only in diagrams, but it was still simple with the tools provided. A genuinely good investment for the price.

Perfect for floor sitting too
I bought it for my desk but the surprise is how good it is on the floor. I like working from the sofa table sometimes, sitting cross-legged, and this gives an actual backrest with support on both sides of the lower back. It is light, I carry it around the apartment in one hand like a basket. On my dining chair it also sits well. My back is noticeably less stiff after long editing days. The white and black look is more discreet than I expected from photos.
