Works well but cushion may be too firm for some
I appreciate how the full kit works together — the lumbar and neck supports are genuinely good. The seat cushion, though, runs firm enough that my partner tried it and immediately handed it back. For me personally it's fine after a brief break-in period, but I'd say it leans more supportive than plush. People who like a soft, cloud-like seat should be aware. Lumbar pillow alone earns five stars.
Good for everyday driving, not quite enough for long hauls
For my 40-minute daily commute this pillow is great — comfortable, stays in place, and the cover breathes well. I took a 6-hour road trip and noticed the support feeling slightly less pronounced toward the end compared to the first few hours. Still comfortable, just not quite the same firm feel as when fresh. Fine for daily use, note for road-trippers.
Qualité premium, livraison impeccable
The packaging was exceptionally protective and assembly went smoothly — every component was labeled clearly. In daily use the breathable mesh is the standout feature for me since my office doesn't have great ventilation. The tilt locks at a useful angle for reading, and the headrest adjusts smoothly. I've recommended it to two colleagues already.
Rocking range didn't suit my posture
The concept is good and the build quality is genuinely solid. However the rocking arc on mine felt a bit larger than I expected — I kept inadvertently rocking too far forward, which threw off my posture rather than helping it. I don't think it's defective, just perhaps not suited to my particular desk height combination. Others in the reviews seem to love it so it may be specific to my setup.
Lumbar is exceptional, armrests need firmer locks
The lumbar support on this chair is the best feature — genuinely adjustable and it stays where you put it. Mesh back is breathable, seat depth slider accommodated my shorter legs well. The one thing I'd improve is the armrest locks: they're a little soft and under subtle sideways pressure the armrests can drift slightly from the position I set. Doesn't cause discomfort but it's noticeable when you're used to firmer hardware.
Great combo, minor strap issue
I've been through two random lumbar cushions from discount sites and both were flimsy. This one is completely different — the foam holds its shape and the support actually lands where it needs to. Paired with the seat cushion the full kit is really well thought out. The only thing I'd change is slightly longer straps for a larger chair back.
Surprised by how much I love this
I bought it on a whim before a trip to visit family and expected to be indifferent. Instead I've used it on every journey since — flights, long bus rides, even a ferry crossing. The removable bamboo cover is a big selling point because pillow hygiene matters. Real quality at a fair price.
Great support, took a few days to break in
The foam felt very firm the first couple of days and I was slightly worried I'd made a mistake. By day four it had softened just enough to feel comfortable and since then it's been excellent. The lower-back support is targeted and effective, the cover stays cool even in a warm room, and the straps hold well on my mesh task chair. Worth sticking with past the initial adjustment period.
My home office finally looks and feels the part
I transitioned to full-time remote work and decided my setup needed to match. This chair ticked every box: it looks executive on camera, it handles full-day use without discomfort, and the headrest is actually positioned usefully rather than as an afterthought. The mesh has stayed clean and easy to wipe down, which matters in a home with pets.
Great for my lower back too, not just the tailbone
I bought this specifically for tailbone discomfort and got that benefit, but I also noticed my lower back stopped aching by early afternoon — I think the tilt the cushion creates helps my posture. The non-slip base grips my office chair seat beautifully. Only knock is the cover attracts lint, but it washes out easily.
Quality product, minor assembly note
The rocker itself is very well built and the height locking mechanism feels secure. Small note: the instructions could be a bit clearer on how to seat the height peg properly — I spent ten minutes fiddling before I realised there was a quarter-turn to lock it. Once sorted it's been rock solid (no pun intended). The leg-stiffness issue I had by 4pm has noticeably improved.
Überzeugt — kleiner Vorbehalt zur Breite
I ordered this after reading about foot rockers and the ERGOLA version is clearly the premium option. Height adjustment is straightforward and the rocking arc feels designed rather than accidental. My only hesitation is the platform width; I wear a size EU 41 and both feet fit, but only just. Everything else about it is excellent and I use it every working day.
Cushion is great, neck pillow firmness not for me
The seat cushion and lumbar support both do their job well — I can sit through a full day without the low-back stiffness I used to get. The neck pillow is firmer than I expected and I had to get used to it over about a week. After that adjustment period it's fine, but if you prefer a softer neck rest it might take some patience. Kit value is still good overall.
Good support, takes time to adjust to
The foam is noticeably firmer than what I expected from the photos. After two weeks it softened slightly and the support feels natural now, but the break-in period was uncomfortable — almost felt like it was pushing too hard against my spine at first. If you're used to softer cushions, give it a couple of weeks before judging. The mesh cover is excellent though, very breathable.
Mixed feelings — armrests wobble after a few months
The first two months were genuinely great — lumbar support worked well, the seat depth slider was a nice touch for my long legs. But by month three the left armrest developed a noticeable wobble that I can't seem to tighten away. The support reached out with a replacement part but it took two weeks. For the price I expected more durable hardware over time. The chair itself is comfortable enough when everything is tight.
