Excellent pour le télétravail, un bémol sur le coussin
I've been using this chair for my full remote work days for two months and the lumbar support and breathable mesh are genuinely good. The waterfall edge is a nice design choice. My only gripe is that the seat cushion is on the firmer side — fine for most of the day but I notice it more toward evening. Everything else is well-constructed and the 4D armrests are very versatile.

Simple thing, big difference
Bought this for my WFH setup after switching to a standing desk and noticing my ankles were stiff every evening. Two months in, standing for a couple of hours straight is no problem. The mat sits completely flat on panels, edges included, and I have not once tripped stepping on or off, which happened constantly with the old rolled-up one I tried first. Also survived a whole cup of tea with a paper towel and thirty seconds of effort. No regrets at this price.

Late-night work without waking the house
I do my best work after the kids are asleep, and clicking through a hundred emails at 11pm used to feel weirdly loud in a quiet house. Problem solved. Beyond the silence, the shape has been kind to my wrist — I used to shake my hand out every hour or so and I've mostly stopped doing that. I've only charged it a couple of times since it arrived. Paired instantly with my work laptop, no drivers, no fuss.

Great recline, wish the arms did more
Solid chair for the money. I mostly bought it for the recline and it delivers, the lock holds at every angle I've tried and leaning back with the footrest out has replaced my sofa for afternoon breaks. Padding is generous everywhere. What keeps it from five stars for me is the fixed armrests, I would have liked height adjustment for keyboard work, though the contour is comfortable enough. White and black colourway looks clean and the casters glide nicely.

Good support, slightly smaller than I pictured
Works well and my posture at the desk has genuinely improved — I sit back in the chair properly now instead of perching. Two small notes. It's a bit more compact than I imagined from the photos, so if you like to plant both feet wide apart you'll notice the edges. And on my smooth laminate floor it can shift a few centimetres if I push against it hard. Neither is a dealbreaker. For daily eight-hour desk use it earns its spot.

Chair is great, cushion sizing wasn't right for me
The LumaSpine Pro chair is excellent and the lumbar pillow is one I use daily. My problem is with the seat cushion — it ran narrower than I expected based on the dimensions and doesn't cover the full chair base for me. I know cushion fit is personal and my build might be outside the typical range, but I wanted to flag it for taller or broader buyers. The chair and lumbar pillow alone would earn five stars.

Helped even out sleeping with scoliosis
I have a mild curve in my upper spine and for years assumed neck pain was just something I'd live with. My chiropractor suggested trying a cervical contour pillow to see if it helped balance things out overnight, and I noticed a difference within the first two weeks, less pulling on one side of my neck when I woke up. It didn't fix everything, I still need my adjustments every few weeks, but mornings are noticeably easier. The cover is soft and hasn't pilled after several washes. Good purchase for a stubborn problem.

Everything works, strap length could be longer
Lumbar support hits the right spot and the seat cushion added a comfort layer my chair was missing. The neck pillow took a few days to get used to but now I wouldn't sit without it for calls. My one note is the lumbar strap fits my chair fine but just barely — if your chair back is any wider than average you might want longer straps. Minor issue, doesn't affect daily use.

Finally stopped avoiding long work days
I used to hit a wall around 3pm when my back and legs would start complaining. Since getting the LumaSpine Pro that wall has pretty much disappeared. The waterfall seat edge is one of those features you don't know you need until you've had it. Mesh is comfortable and doesn't get warm. Headrest is well-positioned for my height. Solid build.

Does exactly what it promises
Bought this as a cheaper alternative to a new ergonomic chair and it delivers. The lumbar pillow has the right amount of firmness and the seat cushion significantly reduces tailbone pressure during long coding sessions. The velcro strap on the lumbar pillow is a touch short for my wide office chair — had to position it carefully — but it holds.

Best desk accessory I've bought this year

Fixed the couch working habit I know I shouldn't have
I freelance from home and despite knowing better I do a lot of my writing curled up on the sofa rather than at a proper desk, which my lower back has never forgiven me for. This cushion wedged against the arm of the couch has actually made those long afternoon sessions bearable, three or four hours at a stretch without the usual ache setting in. It does shift around more on a soft sofa than it would on a firm chair, so I have to readjust it now and then. Still a big improvement over nothing.

Best solution for hard kitchen chairs
