Replaced three previous travel pillows

I've tried the inflatable U-shape, the microbead one, and a foam one from a pharmacy — all disappointing. This is the first one that keeps my neck supported rather than just propped. The bamboo cover feels noticeably nicer than polyester alternatives. Bag clip is a small detail that makes a big difference for hands-free airport navigation.

Great cooling, slightly firmer than I expected

The heat management is excellent — much better than the foam cushion I had before. It does feel firmer than a traditional memory foam pad, which took a day or two to get used to. Once I adjusted, it became my preferred option. My only real wish is that it were a touch thicker.

Komplett-Set war die richtige Entscheidung

I was hesitant to order from outside Germany but the shipping was straightforward and everything arrived well-packaged. The chair is solid and well-engineered — you can tell the lumbar zone was designed alongside the separate pillow, not as an afterthought. After six hours at the desk I'm not hunched over the way I used to be with my old chair. Good value for a full ergonomic setup.

Stopped the mid-drive back spasms

I used to get a dull spasm in my lower back around the 90-minute mark on any road trip. Two months with this pillow and that's completely gone. It holds its shape through the whole drive and the cover wipes clean with a damp cloth. Really happy with how compact it is — doesn't feel bulky at all behind me.

Great riser, just don't plan on carrying it around

Does exactly what it promises — sits on my desk, lifts smoothly, folds flat when I want the desk back. The wood-grain top looks nicer in person than in the photos. One star off because it's a heavy thing; I tried moving it between the study and the kitchen table once and won't be doing that regularly. If it lives on one desk, which is really how it's meant to be used, it's brilliant.

Finally at eye level

I used to stack my monitor on books, which looked as bad as it sounds. This arm put my 32" screen at proper eye level and my neck is noticeably less stiff after long editing sessions. Swivel is smooth, tilt holds firm, and the VESA plate lined up with my screen's 100x100 holes without drama. The grommet option was handy since my desk already had a cable hole. Very happy with it.

WFH upgrade I should have done sooner

Working from home four days a week was leaving me stiff by evening. Now I stand for the first hour and after lunch, and I am noticeably less achy after long days. The presets make it mindless, which is the whole point. I have a monitor arm clamped to the main side and it rides up and down with no drama. The walnut grain hides coffee rings well too, ask me how I know.

Give your shins a week

Honest take: the first few days my shins were not happy, even though the knee pads are properly padded. That eased off once I learned to put more weight through the seat, and now I do a couple of hours at a time in it quite happily. Posture is genuinely better, I catch myself sitting tall on video calls. Knocking a star off for the adjustment period, but I'd still buy it again.

Comfortable through back to back calls

My job is basically phone calls from eight until five with a headset on, and I noticed within the first week that I wasn't shifting around trying to find a comfortable spot anymore. The neck and shoulder tension I used to get by Wednesday afternoon has mostly disappeared. Armrest height adjusts enough to keep my shoulders relaxed with the headset. Assembly took about fifty minutes with my partner's help reading the instructions. Small thing, the caster wheels are a touch loud on my hardwood floor.

Sensible construction, does what is promised

I was skeptical, since many such braces are either too rigid or fall apart quickly. This one is elastic neoprene with a mesh backing, so it does not become unpleasantly warm even during longer sessions at my desk in the home office. The adjustment with the hook-and-loop closures is straightforward. One should follow the advice to begin with short wearing periods; after roughly two weeks it felt normal. My upper back is noticeably less tired in the evenings.

Quiet and stays in place

I work from a small apartment and the rolling noise in the evening was my main concern. This mat reduces it noticeably. The backing is interesting — it is not glued, but it grips the parquet firmly and I could lift it and place it again without any residue. I have moved it once already when rearranging my desk. The felt surface feels durable after three months of daily use. For the price I am very satisfied.

Bought for the car, kept it there

Got this for a long drive down to Cornwall and it stayed in the car afterwards. The strap went round the headrest posts of my seat without any fuss and it hasn't slipped since. What I like most is how light it is — you forget it exists until you get out of the car and your back is dry instead of soaked. The beads in the middle are smooth, not knobbly, so they press rather than dig.

Very comfortable for a full working day

I was skeptical because most chairs in this price category are either hard mesh or hot vinyl. This one has a woven fabric which stays pleasant even after six or seven hours at the desk. The lumbar pillow is detachable, so I could position it exactly where my lower back needs it, which for me is a little lower than the standard fixed supports. The recline function I use less often than expected, but when I do, it is wonderful. Delivery to Germany was quick.

Recommended by other mums for postpartum recovery

A friend in my mothers' group suggested a supportive cushion after I mentioned how uncomfortable sitting was in the weeks after giving birth. I was nervous it would be another donut-style pillow that does nothing, but this spreads the pressure much more evenly and I could sit through a full feeding session without wincing by about week three. It has stayed supportive as I've gone back to a normal desk job part time. The cover is easy to wash, which matters a lot with a newborn around. Just wish it came with a spare cover included.

Very good for long car journeys

I purchased this cushion primarily for my car, as I drive approximately three hours daily for work. The improvement was noticeable within the first week. The foam is supportive rather than soft, which I prefer, and the non-slip underside keeps it in position on the seat. I also appreciate that the cover can be removed and washed, since a car seat cushion gets dirty quickly. After a couple of months of use it still returns to its shape each morning. A sensible product, no unnecessary extras.
