Great for a gaming and work setup
Running a 27" 165Hz panel on this for about half a year. During the day it sits high for work, in the evening I pull it closer and tilt it down for games. The gas spring has not loosened at all so far. Installation was straightforward with the clamp, and the routing clips kept my DisplayPort cable from dangling behind the desk. Quietly one of the best upgrades I have made to this room.

Very good for the car on long distances
I purchased this cushion primarily for my car, as I commute around 90 minutes each day. The difference is considerable. The gel structure does not become warm like the original seat, and the low height means I do not sit too tall behind the wheel. After several months of daily use it has not flattened at all, which was my main concern with such products. Cleaning is simple, one wipes it and it is done. I can recommend it without reservation.

Postpartum sweats made this necessary, not optional
Nobody warned me how much I'd sweat at night after having my son, on top of already broken sleep from feeding every three hours. My pillow was constantly damp and warm, which made getting back to sleep even harder. This pad stays flat under the pillowcase and genuinely feels cool when I collapse back down after a feed. It's thin enough that it didn't change how my pillow feels otherwise. Three months in of daily use and it hasn't lost that cool touch or flattened out. Small thing that's made a rough stretch slightly easier.

Finally a chair that suits my height
I'm 6'4" and every office chair I've owned has felt built for someone a foot shorter. I do a lot of hand drafting alongside CAD work and needed something that kept me upright over the board. This one adjusts high enough that my knees aren't jammed, and the tilt stops me hunching over drawings the way I used to. Six weeks in and the ache between my shoulder blades has mostly gone. The oak trim on mine has a small scuff from moving it, but the frame itself feels properly built. Glad I finally tried one.

Solid upgrade, minor gripe about the chair instructions
The three products work well together and the bundle price is noticeably lower than buying each item separately on their own pages. The chair assembly diagrams are decent but one step involving the armrest brackets isn't explained clearly and I had to look it up. Once assembled it's rock solid and the ergonomics are very good for all-day sitting. The seat cushion is softer than I expected in a good way.

Real relief for someone who sits all day
I use a manual wheelchair and spend probably twelve hours a day seated between work and home. Lower back fatigue has been a constant issue for years. My occupational therapist suggested trying a lumbar cushion before we looked at custom seating, and this one has genuinely helped, the curve sits right at my lumbar spine instead of my mid back like a flat cushion would. Strapped it to the backrest canvas without any trouble. It has softened slightly after three months but not enough to worry me. Wish it came in a narrower width for my frame though.

Decent support, takes a week to break in
Out of the box the foam felt a touch firm and the position took a few adjustments to get right. After about a week of daily use it settled into a good shape and now the commute feels noticeably better. Non-slip back is genuinely effective — no repositioning needed, even on winding roads. Worth the small break-in period.

Too firm for my preference, even after removing fill
I removed quite a bit of the shredded foam trying to get a softer feel, but the pillow never reached the plush level I was hoping for. It provided decent structural support, so it's not a bad product — it just doesn't suit my preference for something cozier. The cover and clip are both well made, so if you like firmer support it may work well for you.

Great for calls, headrest wobbles a little
I'm on outbound calls most of the day so I live in this chair from nine to six. The seat comfort and recline have been genuinely good for my energy levels through the afternoon slump. My one gripe is the headrest has a slight wobble when I lean back quickly, it's not loose exactly but you notice the movement. Everything else, the armrests, the base, the mesh back, has held up fine after three months of daily heavy use. Would still recommend to a colleague.

Recommended by my own physical therapist, so I bought one myself
I'm a physical therapist and spent years telling patients to get standing desks before finally following my own advice after a disc injury last year. This one has the smoothest transition between heights I've tried, no jolt at the top or bottom of the range. I set it to alternate every forty minutes and my back pain during long charting sessions has dropped noticeably. The only downside is the widest cable tray option wasn't included at this size, so I bought a separate one. Still, worth every cent for my spine.

Excellent support, took a week to dial in
The adjustment options on this chair are genuinely comprehensive — lumbar height, seat depth, 4D armrests, recline tension, headrest angle. That's also slightly overwhelming at first. It took me about a week of micro-adjustments before everything felt optimal, which is worth mentioning for anyone expecting instant comfort out of the box. Once dialled in though, it's excellent.

Not enough cushioning for long sessions
I had high hopes but I find it too firm for my preference. After about three hours I start to feel the chair through the cushion more than I'd like. The cooling aspect works as described, and the build quality seems fine. It may suit people who prefer a firmer surface, but it wasn't the right fit for me personally.

Helpful but surface could be wider
It does what it says — my feet stay supported and the gentle motion keeps my legs from going numb. I'm a size 9 (women's) and both feet fit fine, but I like to shift my stance throughout the day and the platform width limits that. The height adjustment range is good and the product feels well made. A wider platform version would earn the fifth star from me.

Great for long WFH days, assembly needs two people
Working from home four days a week, this has been the single best upgrade to my setup. I stand for calls and sit for deep work, and switching takes seconds. Knocked a star off because assembly really is a two-person job, the solid top is heavy and awkward to flip once the legs are bolted on. Once it is up though, it is rock solid. The wood grain varies across the top, which I like, it looks like actual timber and not a print.

Comfortable but the seat needs breaking in
Honest opinion after two months. The chair is well made and the recline mechanism works exactly as described. However, the seat cushion was firmer than I expected for the first few weeks — not uncomfortable, but not the soft armchair feeling the pictures suggest. It has softened with daily use and now sits fine. Also, the armrests are padded but not adjustable, which I did not check before buying, so that is partly on me. Decent chair, just temper expectations at the start.
