Works, but the adjustment period is real
Mixed feelings. The concept is sound and after three weeks I do sit straighter without thinking about it. But I want to be honest: the first week was uncomfortable. The shell is hard, the pelvis tilt feels unfamiliar, and on my rather narrow kitchen chair the base overhangs the edges a little, so check your chair width. It also raises you up a few centimetres, which changed my desk height situation. I kept it and use it daily now, but it is a trainer, not a comfort cushion.

Seat depth adjustment saved this for someone my height
At 5'2" I usually end up with my knees pressed against the front edge of most office chairs, which gets uncomfortable fast. This one lets me slide the seat pan back so my knees clear properly and my feet still rest flat on the floor. The lumbar curve sits exactly where my lower back needs it too. Only small note is the box was quite heavy for one person to carry upstairs alone, I needed my flatmate's help getting it to the third floor.

Good ergonomics, but tilt tension adjustment is touchy
The lumbar support and waterfall seat design are legitimate ergonomic improvements over standard office chairs. The 4D armrests are the best in class I've used. My gripe is the synchro-tilt tension knob — it's very sensitive, and small adjustments create large changes in resistance. Finding the right recline feel took longer than it should. Not a dealbreaker, just worth knowing before you buy.

Quiet enough for recording vocals
I write and record music from a small home studio, and noise matters more to me than it would for most people shopping for an office chair. No creaking, no squeaking, and the casters are near silent on my studio's cork flooring, which matters a lot when the mic is only a few feet away. Comfortable enough that four-hour composing sessions don't leave my lower back stiff the next morning anymore. The recline is a nice bonus for when I'm just listening back to takes rather than working.

Finally something that works at my high desk
I am tall and work partly at a raised desk, and regular chairs never got high enough. This one does, with the foot ring taking the weight off my legs when it is fully extended. What surprised me is how much I move on it. The swivel and casters mean I turn to the printer or the second desk instead of twisting my back. After a couple of months the habit of perching upright has carried over even to normal chairs. Assembly took maybe ten minutes.

Saved my hips during a quilting project
I took up quilting last year and didn't realise how many hours I'd end up sitting on a hard stool at the cutting table. After a big project that had me there most weekends for two months, my hips were properly sore. This cushion sits well on the stool without sliding off when I lean to reach the fabric, and it hasn't gone lumpy despite being tossed around the sewing room. Good depth to it too. Wish the non-slip base gripped the vinyl stool seat quite as well as it apparently does on wood or fabric chairs.

Turned my dining chair into a workstation
I've been using a wooden dining chair as my WFH desk chair and it was predictably awful for my lower back. This kit is a proper solution — the lumbar pillow clicks into the right position and the seat cushion adds exactly the right amount of padding. The foam density on both feels high-quality rather than the spongy cheap foam I expected at this price.

Great for the office, a bit bulky for travel
The support itself is excellent — firm foam that targets the right area and a cover that doesn't trap heat. I'd hoped to use it when flying but it's a bit too bulky for a carry-on comfortably. For desk use it's exactly what I needed. The strap system is clever and keeps it from shifting even when I lean forward. Solid product for stationary use.

Works, but firmer and thinner than I imagined
Mixed feelings. The cooling is real, that part is excellent, and it cleans easily since there is no fabric. But I expected something closer to a soft cushion and this is a firm, springy mat about three centimetres thick. On my already-padded desk chair it adds little; on the hard kitchen chair it is genuinely useful. If your seat is bare wood or a flat car seat, buy it. If you want plush pillowy comfort, this is not that product.

Solid, comfortable, but heavy to move around
Good chair for the money. The gas lift adjusts smoothly and I found a comfortable height for my desk right away. Recline is deep and stable, no feeling of tipping. Two small notes: the box is heavy, so get help carrying it upstairs, and the fabric does pick up lint from dark clothing, so keep a lint roller nearby. Neither is a real problem, just things to know. I sit in it roughly nine hours a day between work and gaming in the evening.

Fine, but the angle is fixed — check that suits you
It does what it says, and the build quality is honestly good. But be aware the angle cannot be changed at all — it is one fixed wedge. I was hoping to tilt it flatter some days, and you simply can't. You can flip it around so the slope faces the other way, which helps a little. Also it stands only about 11 cm tall at the high end, which felt lower than I pictured, so measure against your chair first. If a fixed angle works for your chair height, it's a decent buy.

Light, pretty, and travels well
I split my week between home and a coworking space, so the mouse lives in my bag. It's light enough that I don't notice carrying it, and there's no cable to tangle with everything else. The beige one in that soft almond shade is honestly the nicest looking mouse I've owned — it doesn't scream office equipment. Connection has been stable on both my laptop and the desktop at home. My only wish would be a little travel pouch included.

Very good support, but allow time for adjustment
I must be honest that the first week was not comfortable. The foam is firmer than a normal pillow and the contour forces the head into a position one is not used to. I nearly returned it. However, after perhaps ten days my neck accepted the shape and mornings are noticeably better after long office days. The slow rebound is pleasant once you are accustomed. I would recommend it, with patience.

Good quality overall, slight assembly frustration
The ergonomics of this bundle are solid and I've been comfortable since getting it all set up. My honest feedback is that the chair took considerably longer to assemble than I expected — over an hour on my own — and one of the bolts was seated awkwardly in the packaging and took time to find. I got there eventually and it's been fine since. The seat cushion and lumbar pillow are both easy to use immediately with no setup required.

Good for warehouse shift breaks
I work a physically demanding warehouse job and my lower legs ache by the end of most shifts, so I started using this board for five minutes during my breaks to loosen things up. It's helped more than the static stretches I was doing before. The one downside is the board slides slightly on our break room's polished concrete floor, so I've had to bring in a rubber mat to keep it in place. Otherwise solid, compact enough to store in my locker between shifts without any hassle at all.
