I log around 200 miles a day in my van and the constant in-and-out wrecks your back over time. This pillow cuts the stiffness I'd normally feel by early afternoon. The strap holds on my van seat without any fuss, and the foam bounces back after each shift. Compact enough that it doesn't crowd the seat.

Great mat, my dog has claimed half of it
I switched to a standing desk in my home office and this mat has made a real difference to my lower back by the end of the day, much better than standing straight on tile. The cushioning has a nice bounce to it without feeling unstable underfoot. Only issue, and it's not really the product's fault, is that my dog has decided it's the comfiest spot in the room and now naps on the corner of it most afternoons. Cleaning fur off it is a minor hassle but wipes down fine. Four months in and it hasn't flattened out at all.

A woodworker's take on the build quality
I build furniture as a hobby, so I look closely at joinery before I trust a chair with my back. The laminated bentwood here is genuinely well finished, no rough glue lines and the curve holds firm under weight. I use it at my drawing desk for planning cut lists and it keeps me from hunching over blueprints for hours. My only complaint is the included instructions are quite minimal, just diagrams with no written steps, though anyone handy will figure it out in under twenty minutes. Structurally I have no complaints at all.

Great support, the velvet is a lint magnet
Using this on a hard kitchen chair where I study most days, and it's made long sessions much more comfortable. Even pressure, no single sore spot, exactly as described. My one gripe is the short-pile cover collects cat hair and lint like it's paid to, so I'm brushing it off every few days. Luckily the cover comes off and machine washes easily, which redeems it. If you don't have a shedding pet, ignore that entirely and just buy it.

Works whether I end up on my back or side
I fall asleep on my back and wake up on my side, so most contour pillows only got it half right. This one handles both, the middle hollow for back sleeping and the higher winged edges when I roll over. The double layer of foam means it never bottoms out under my head. I bought one for my mum after a month. Her only comment was that it took her a few nights to get used to the shape.

Skeptical but converted
I bought this mostly because the return policy was good and I figured I'd send it back. Two weeks later it's still on my chair and I have zero intention of returning it. The lumbar pillow is way better engineered than cheaper versions I'd tried — it actually stays where you put it. Memory foam seat cushion is the right balance of give and support. Good kit.

Perfect firmness once adjusted

Helps my sciatica but not a miracle cure
I've had sciatica down my left leg for a few years now and my doctor suggested better lumbar support in my armchair as one piece of managing it, alongside stretches and the rest. This cushion has helped, I get less of that shooting pain when I stand up after an evening watching television. It's not fixed the problem entirely, some days are still rough regardless of the cushion, but it's a noticeable improvement over the flat chair back I had before. The strap has loosened once or twice and needed retightening after a few weeks of use.
