Got me through the third trimester at my desk

I'm due in a few weeks and by month seven sitting at my home office desk for eight hours was becoming unbearable, the lower back pain from the extra weight was constant. My midwife mentioned lumbar support might help and this one actually has, noticeably less pain by the end of the workday. It's stayed in place on my mesh chair without resliding down, which I worried about given how often I shift positions now. Only downside is it runs a little warm in summer without AC, but for the back relief alone I'd buy it again.

Great for long drives

I'm behind the wheel four or five hours most days and had started slumping into the seat like a deflating bag. Wear this over my work shirt for the first stretch of driving and it keeps my shoulders back against the seat properly. Less achy at the end of the day, noticeably. Also chucked it in the gym bag a few times as a reminder between sets. Breathable enough for summer here, which surprised me for a neoprene brace.

Menopause hot flashes and a bad neck, finally addressed

I'm 58, retired from teaching, and between night sweats and a neck that's been stiff since my classroom days of hunching over marking, sleep had become a project. The ridge under my neck stopped the ache I used to get climbing out of bed, and I flip to the cooler side of the pillowcase when the flashes hit, which helps more than I expected. It's firmer than my old down pillow, took maybe five nights to adjust. My daughter borrowed it for a weekend and I had to buy a second one for the spare room.

Cushion is great, neck pillow firmness not for me

The seat cushion and lumbar support both do their job well — I can sit through a full day without the low-back stiffness I used to get. The neck pillow is firmer than I expected and I had to get used to it over about a week. After that adjustment period it's fine, but if you prefer a softer neck rest it might take some patience. Kit value is still good overall.

Good support, takes time to adjust to

The foam is noticeably firmer than what I expected from the photos. After two weeks it softened slightly and the support feels natural now, but the break-in period was uncomfortable — almost felt like it was pushing too hard against my spine at first. If you're used to softer cushions, give it a couple of weeks before judging. The mesh cover is excellent though, very breathable.

Mixed feelings — armrests wobble after a few months

The first two months were genuinely great — lumbar support worked well, the seat depth slider was a nice touch for my long legs. But by month three the left armrest developed a noticeable wobble that I can't seem to tighten away. The support reached out with a replacement part but it took two weeks. For the price I expected more durable hardware over time. The chair itself is comfortable enough when everything is tight.

Thinner than photos suggested

The product works as described — cooling is good and it does relieve pressure compared to sitting directly on the chair. I just expected a bit more height from it. It's noticeably thinner than it looks in product photos and I was hoping for a more substantial lift. For the price it's fair, but temper your thickness expectations.

Best cushion I've owned

I've gone through three foam cushions in as many years, each one flattening out within months. This gel grid has stayed consistent. No heat, no sagging, no sliding. My lower back is happier and I don't think about my chair anymore — which is exactly what you want.

Transcription work stopped wrecking my back

I do medical transcription from home and sit for six or seven hours most days at a plain kitchen table chair with no lumbar shape to it at all. My lower back used to lock up by early evening. This support wedges into the chair and does the work of holding my spine upright without me thinking about it, which matters when I'm focused on audio and not on my posture. It has held its shape after almost a year of daily use, no sagging in the padding. It does look a little clinical on a regular dining chair, but I don't mind.

Commute upgrade

I have a 50 minute commute each way and my car seat is on the hard side. This slotted straight in, fits the seat well, and stays where I put it. What sold me on keeping it is that after standing up it puffs back to its original shape instead of holding a dent like my previous cheap foam pad did. I take it into the office some days too, it weighs almost nothing. Cover has been through the wash twice, no complaints.

Kompakte Größe passt in jeden Kofferraum.

Cheap fix for an expensive-feeling problem

I was pricing out new office chairs before I tried this. Glad I didn't spend the money. Strapped it to my existing chair, took maybe a minute, and the difference in how I sit is immediate, the pillow fills that hollow above the seat so I stop sliding into a slump. It weighs almost nothing so it comes to the cottage with us too. Ten months in and the foam still springs back the same as day one.

Kept me active during a desk-bound pregnancy

Third trimester meant most exercise was off the table, but my midwife was fine with gentle balance work, so this became my substitute for the gym while I finished up remote contracts from bed rest at home. Just rocking gently while reading emails kept my legs from feeling completely stagnant. It's light enough that I could move it between the bedroom and living room one-handed, which mattered more than I expected given how little energy I had most days. Genuinely glad I found it before the third trimester started.

Good pillow, took time to dial in

The concept is great and once I found my preferred fill level the support is genuinely comfortable. Getting there took three or four adjustments over a couple of trips, which was a mild hassle. The cover feels premium and washes well. It's a keeper, but go in knowing you'll need a bit of patience at the start.

Survived a 10-hour flight without the usual misery

Long-haul flights are brutal on my tailbone and I usually land completely stiff. I brought this cushion on a transatlantic trip and honestly it made a huge difference — I was comfortable through most of the flight. It compresses small enough to stuff into my carry-on. Already recommending it to everyone in my travel group.
